HS girls softball: Lamar crushes Madison

Lamar slugged its way to a 15-0 win over Madison in District 20-5A high school girls softball action on Friday.

Kendall Tillman struck out eight batters in picking up the win.

The win ups Lamar to 6-1 overall and 3-1 in district play.

Lamar will next host Sam Houston on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
 
The loss drops Madison to 0-3 overall and 0-3 in district play.

China Dennis took the loss.

Madison will next visit Bellaire on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
