Keller Williams announces relocation of corporate offices
Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan will relocate its corporate office to the newly renovated 5050 Westheimer Road building in Houston by June 2012.
The real estate group will occupy the building’s entire second floor, which will serve as KW Realty Metropolitan’s headquarters and agent training facility.
KW Realty Metropolitan will be the first tenant in the 5050 Westheimer Road building, which is located in Houston’s Galleria business district.
Black Forest Ventures, a Houston based commercial real estate firm, owns the building.
