HS softball: Lamar defeats Westbury

Lamar defeated Westbury in high school softball action Thursday.

Lamar, 7-4, 5-3, won the game 18-1.

Hanna Nunu earned the win for Lamar, who will visit Bellaire Tuesday.

Thursday’s loss dropped Westbury to 3-8 and 3-7.

Amanda Gerrero took the loss for Westbury, who will visit Madison Wednesday.
